Phillip oversees the financials at Open Studio Project and serves on the leadership committee. His professional experience works with non-profit organizations ready to work on financial sustainability and growth. He works collaboratively to develop realistic budgets and to reorganize workflows to ease the way to defined outcomes. For over twenty years, he has helped organizations operate smoothly with funders, bankers, and partner agencies.Phillip has served as the CFO at Trilogy, Esperanza, and for the Chicago Park District.  He has an MBA from Harvard and a BA from University of Chicago.
