Never have I been more grateful to be part of an organization as I am when I witness participants in an OSP class! Having been a participant and board member for over 20 years, I am proud to be part of an amazing team to bring this resource to the Evanston and Chicago community. The added benefit is how my profession as an Executive Coach and DEI consultant seamlessly contributes to OSP. Being able to partner with Sarah Laing to deliver Bias Awareness education through process work, as well as providing efficient and effective management of Leadership Team meetings has made being part of this community easy and fulfilling. I am extremely confident of the positive impact that OSP will continue to make on the
wellness of children and adults as we all improve our self and social and emotional awareness through art.
