Our Art & Envisioning program offers the OSP Process as a tool for business, to develop leadership, creative problem solving and organizational planning. Open Studio Project uses the OSP Process for our own strategic planning and board meetings for organizational planning. Past collaborations include in-services for staff at partnering agencies; Leadership Evanston, in which art workshops and discussions were focused on creative problem solving skills; and workshops for local organization's Boards to approach planning and goals with a different perspective.
